Power Hour

 

This class is not for the weak!

The 60 minute Power Hour yoga class will have:

  • a breathing exercise,
  • a modified standing series,
  • the authentic floor series,
  • followed by a breathing exercise,
  • ending in savasana.

This class is practiced in a room heated to a minimum of 105°F with a minimum of 40% humidity.

This class is not designed to replace the 90 minute Bikram Yoga class.

That said, the 60 minute class will challenge you physically and mentally. We do recommend a previous practice with our 90 minute class!

Prerequisite Notes: It is recommended that you practice the 90 minute class first!

This class is practiced in a room heated to a minimum of 105°F with a minimum of 40% humidity. This class is not designed to replace the 90 minute Bikram Yoga Class, period. That said, it will challenge you physically and mentally.
